Role Priorities / Responsibilities:
Customer Care Executive Job Description include:
Handle customer complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization’s products and services.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
Provide information about products and service
Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
Review or make changes to customer accounts
Handle returns or complaints
Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
Research answers or solutions as needed
Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help.


Experience:
Qualification Or Certification Required (If Applicable):
Bsc/HND
Customer Service Executive major Skills and Qualifications include:
Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analysing Information , Multi-tasking
The right candidate should possess a minimum of BSc/HND in any discipline
